This is a Lawson limited edition product, which contains one "Meiji Almond Chocolate 88g" in an original "SPY x FAMILY" sleeve package and one magnet sheet (all one type).
There are five varieties in total, but I only bought two because they were expensive due to the extra magnet sheet.
Anya's favourite chocolate with peanuts!
By the way, in my area we call Lawson 'Orson' lol.
